About Dwight
Dwight has spent 35 years in HVAC. He has worked as a sheet metal mechanic, a design engineer and a service technician, so he knows how each part of a home system works and how the parts affect each other.
He takes the job home with him. He will spend his own time working out the right solution for your project, not a one-size answer.
He is quick to say he does not do it alone. He counts on our installation department, our service team, the install manager, dispatchers and sales staff every day to keep the promises he makes to customers.
What happens at your visit
- We talk first. Tell your advisor what is working, what is not and what matters most to you.
- We scan your home. An iPad scan measures each room, window and door and builds a floor plan of your home.
- We size the system to the house. The scan feeds a room-by-room load calculation, so the new system fits your home, not the old unit.
- You get options in writing. Each option lists the equipment and the work involved.
- You decide. No pressure. Take your time, ask questions and call when you are ready.
