Service messages

When you give us your mobile number for a service request or appointment, we may text you about that service. This includes appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, and follow-up after your visit.

Marketing messages

We send marketing texts, such as offers and maintenance reminders, only if you separately agree to receive them. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. These messages are recurring and may be sent by automated technology.

Rates, frequency and opting out

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Your mobile information

Quality Service Company uses your mobile number only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy do not include text messaging opt-in data or consent.
