A plumbing membership is $360 a year, or $300 with an HVAC plan. A membership puts your maintenance on a schedule. Small problems are easier to find on a planned visit than during a July breakdown.

Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your membership. Send your cancellation request in writing 30 days ahead. Any refund depends on the benefits and visits you have used.
I just had a new system installed. Do I need this?
A new system still needs regular maintenance, and a membership puts that work on a schedule. Every install includes a one-year labor warranty, with extended 10-year labor coverage available. Ask your tech what your new equipment needs.
Does the discount apply to a replacement?
The member repair discount is for repairs, not a replacement. Your tech will quote a replacement before any work starts, so you know the price and what it includes.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, the Best plan is available at $46 per month. Call our office to set up monthly payments or compare the yearly plans.
Why does a Florence home need care in summer and winter?
