Our story: locally owned in Florence, SC
HVAC, plumbing, electrical and generators. One company, one number.
Quality Service Company, LLC has been locally owned in Florence, SC since 2003. We work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and generators across Florence and the Pee Dee region.
Chris McDonald founded Quality Service Company in Florence in 2003. Chuck Polk joined him as a partner in 2011.
Chris and Chuck still own the company. We are not a franchise, and we are not owned by private equity.
What can you expect from us?
Locally owned, quality driven, family focused
Here is what that looks like when your tech is at your house.
- We explain what’s wrong and why. Your tech tells you in plain words, then gives you options.
- Before any repair, your tech tells you the price and lets you decide.
- We think about who lives there. In a normal Florence July, the average high is 92 degrees. When the AC quits, what’s at stake depends on who is home. We keep that in mind.
