Quality Service Company, LLC offers three HVAC membership plans for homes in Florence and the Pee Dee region: Better, Best and Fantastic. Each plan puts your heating and cooling system on a maintenance schedule.
At each visit, your tech checks the system and explains what they find. If something needs repair, they tell you why and quote it before starting. You decide what happens next.
Why does a Florence system need regular care?
In Florence, cooling runs hard from May through September, and heating runs November through March. NOAA’s 1991–2020 normals for Florence Regional Airport show why:
- About 70 days a year reach 90 degrees or higher.
- A normal July has a high of 92 and a low of about 72.
- About 40 nights a year drop to 32 degrees or lower.
- Cooling and heating needs are about equal over a year.
An AC that quits on one of those nights means a long, warm night for the whole house.
